Noah Mapstead, Chief Technology Officer of Team Scout Spirit is an Eagle Scout and long-time supporter of Boy Scouting in Bakersfield, California.  He has been to several National Jamborees, worked with the National Office on Scouting technology solutions, and has organized several large-scale events. As a founding member of Peacekeeper Enterprises, LLC., a web-design and internet services firm, Noah noticed that units needed a robust, mobile solution for managing membership, advancement, and events. He decided to leverage his technology expertise to develop a product that was scalable from troop- to national- level units, and to make it powerful and available.  This was the need he created Scout Spirit to address.

Stacy La Joie, Director of Development, has served as a District Director for the Boy Scouts for almost 8 years.  She currently serves as Director of Development for the Non-Profit Resources Association.
