ScoutSpirit is an internet-based platform supported with a full array of mobile applications to allow you full access to your organization's information at all times, anywhere you have an internet or mobile connection.
Because the package is Internet-based, there are no software updates to download and you always have the latest version.
ScoutSpirit allows you and your unit constant access to your information-- which means if you are at a meeting or some other event and you need access to your contacts, calendar, or other data, you can access it when and where you need to. Other software is locked into a single machine and isn't portable for someone on the go.

ScoutSpirit can handle event registration, payment processing, information tracking, logistics and requisitions, housing sign-ups, attendance rosters, and other requirements.
Event Communication is also crucial in enabling participants and organizers to be on the same page for events. ScoutSpirit allows you to communicate effectively with units and individuals through Email Management Tools, Event Details pages, text messaging, and individual event groups.
Scout Spirit allows you to maintain current information about upcoming events. You can Track event attendance, nights camped, miles hiked, biked, and floated, service hours performed and trip expenses. Print year end summaries individually or for the whole unit. Councils, Districts, and Camps can register attendees online with optional payment processing.
Track Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Venture rank advancement, Cub Scout Activity Badges, and Boy Scout Merit Badges. Council Advancement reports can be printed and include an itemized purchase summary. Year end summary reports are also available.
Advancement is a very important part of keeping members interested in a group and our ScoutSpirit software allows you to manage all of your advancement records more easily. Update your advancement records from anywhere (even during the meeting).
Public information is easily accessible by all unit members. More confidential information is restricted to authorized unit members only. Youth can contact their patrol members and parents can contact unit leaders with a current roster. Export information for mail merging to labels or letters.

The ScoutSpirit calendar system allows you to import and export your calendar data to industry standard formats which you can mesh with your existing calendar in whatever system you use. Our calendar system makes it easy to enter all of your events or meetings and then publish them out so everyone can get access to them. By having a more organized system you may be able to increase event and meeting participation.
Create moderated email groups by patrol, den, adults, junior leaders, etc. No advertisements! Email addresses are synced with the membership data so they are always current.
